This is a good and easy recipe I made up while doing that stand at the fridge thinkinf bit, size it up or down depending on how many your feeding. Preheat oven to 350 2 4 6 or 8 chops, 1 to 4 slices thickcut bacon, garlic black pepper or any seasoning combo you prefer. Cut bacon in half, sprinkle chops liberally with spices, lay half-slice of bacon on each chop. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until tender. When a fork meets little to no resistance they're done. I served these with garlic mashed potatoes cabbage salad and steamed broccoli. Enjoy. Tiffany
